SERVICES  can be rendered by telephone, in person, and via "remote" (computer to computer), depending upon your choice and circumstances.

Consulting:   
    We can tell you what you need and what you don't need when it comes to computers.

Repairs: (Hardware)
    Our goal is to provide good, honest, affordable, ON SITE SERVICE and products regarding "PC"-platform computers.

Networks:  
    We can plan and set up your network if you do not have one.
    We can add-to, trouble-shoot, upgrade, and/or fine-tune your existing network.
    Wireless and Wired networks.

Help-Desk:
    You have questions, we have answers.  Program not acting 'right', or some setting got changed and you need to know how to change it back - call us on the telephone.  We can frequently get you back on track within a few minutes.

Training:     
   We can train you and your staff how to use your computer's Operating System, Network, and installed programs.

Software:    
   We can install, configure, and test owned/licensed programs on your computers.  In many instances we can also "support" the software package either by telephone help or on-site training. 

"Web" ==> Internet / Intranet:  
    We can help you plan, design, and implement a "web presence".
    There is the Internet.    There is the IntRAnet.    Both use "web" pages.  
    Typically intranets are used to "publish" business-wide items such as policy manuals, insurance manuals, employee telephone books, calendars, and announcements. 
    Does anyone at your place need to get on the Internet?   For research?  For email?     Do your customers want to send you files?  Do your customers want to buy things at odd hours?  Do you want to have some information 'out there' for people to look at?
